To keep becoming a better coach I need to keep progressing with my own fitness. I want to put myself through what it takes to get in shape so I can coach clients from a place of experience. Courses and extended qualifications are great but they don’t teach you the emotional transition you have to go through I.e sticking to a diet and conducting yourself daily when you fee drained. Training when you don’t feel like it and teaching yourself resilience. If I can teach myself to deal with everything that goes with physical, mental and emotional change then I can be better at helping others too.
