In this picture I wanted to show what the difference could look like if you were meal prepping for weight loss or weight gain! . . Remember that when we are making body composition changes, calorie balance is the most important factor to consider. To lose weight, we must be in a deficit. To gain weight, we must be in a surplus. I normally include 1/2 cup of rice in my meals that call for it but to remove some calories I lowered that serving to 1/3 of a cup. I also decreased the amount of steak to 5 ounces. You could also pick a leaner cut of beef to lower the calorie load even more. The amount of peppers was doubled to keep a similar volume of food! . . For the weight gain meal I doubled the rice, added extra meat, and halved the amount of peppers. Gaining weight is all about pounding calories. I’ve always struggled with weight gain and I know a lot of you guys do as well. I’m hoping to start posting more content like this to help you with your goals 😎😎 . Never feel guilty for over eating or eating “bad” foods. Once in a while it’s to okay to enjoy a pizza, ice cream, or a donut😋 One “bad” meal won’t get you fat, just as one clean meal won’t get you lean. All that matters is that you pick up right where you left off. I eat foods that I enjoy and make me feel good. Luckily I like to eat healthy, so it actually doesn’t feel like “chore” as if I’m forced to eat healthy foods, I do it because I enjoy it. Werbung |,Wer liebt Spinat so sehr wie ich ?? ❤️❤️❤️ Hier eine selbstgemachte Spinat Käse Soße 😍 und es ist gar nicht schwer !! Rezept für 1 Portion: ❤️ 2 Popeye Würstchen von @grillido ❤️ 100g Nudeln (roh) ❤️ 50g Parmesan ❤️ 200g Spinat ❤️ 1 Zwiebel ❤️ 1/2 Knoblauchzehe ❤️ 50g Frischkäse ❤️ Salz, Pfeffer, Chili 1. Den Spinat entweder frisch kaufen oder aus der Tiefkühltruhe auftauen. 2. Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch klein schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit Öl anbraten. 3. Den Spinat und die Gewürze hinzu geben. 4. Nun die Spinatmasse in einen Behälter zum mixen geben. Hier nun den Frischkäse und die Hälfte des Käses, sowie etwas Wasser hinzugeben und mit einem Stabmixer pürieren. 5. Die Nudeln kochen. 6. Die Würstchen auftauen lassen und in Scheiben schneiden. 7. Nun die Würstchen kurz anbraten und die gekochten Nudeln, sowie die Spinatsoße hinzugeben. 8. Nun alles auf dem Teller anrichten und den restlichen Käse über die Nudeln reiben. Und in meiner Story könnt ihr sehen das es für mich auch heute natürlich mal wieder Nudeln gibt 💁🏼‍♀️😂 schönen Abend euch noch ❤️❤️❤️

low carb & fat pizzas 🍕 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ so one of the things i always used to crave when dieting was PIZZA 🍕 and so i can safely say these lil low kcal inventions saved my dieting ass 👀😋 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ here i’ve used 2 low carb pittas from @musclefooduk (the ones i always bang on about lol). I topped them with a tablespoon each of tomato & chilli pasta sauce (i get mine from tesco/sainsburys and it’s a game changer). Then i added peri peri chicken pieces & lots of @eatlean cheese . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ cook them at 200 degrees for 8 - 10 mins and serve with a side salad. I also added a tablespoon of tesco’s healthy living honey & mustard dressing . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ now who says low kcal food is boring?! 🤷‍♀️
